Aug 9, 2020 · I have a 2012 buick enclave. I am replacing the blend door actuator on the passenger side. I have the new part and have verified that the old part did not work and I have tested the new one and it works. The problem I have is that I cannot freely turn the stud the actuator sits on. I cant find any info on how to fix it or get to the vent door ... My Enclave was stuck at defrost mode only. I bought Athe Dorman 604-140 from Amazon for $41 but I expect the cheaper $27 version would work just as well. There is no explanation of the difference on Amazon.
