Yes, and in every other game when something this unbalanced happens, the devs fix it. The players shouldn't go around saying "please, don't do this, its bm". Using the tools the game gives you its not bm. Those can be really unfun tools to have in the game, and those shouldn't be in the game on the first place.

Seeing as iron grasp is generic while boil over is lvl 40 teachable, boil over should be a least significantly better than iron grasp. Rancor is different but definitely more versatile than bitter murmur. Detective's hunch is superior to small game for finding totems. Stake out superior to this is not happening.
