My friend who was promised an allocation for a spyder has been waiting 13 months and he believes the dealership is just putting people in front of him who pay the premium ADM. New to Porsche and new to this forum. Regarding the GT4 RS allocations, I just signed and wired for one yesterday at 50k over; European delivery after August. I had planned on asking if it was a good deal but it seems like I was very fortunate and should be thankful based on some of these posts.

If you have a commission number, then you have an allocation. Nobody has an allocation today so if you got a commission number, you are very lucky good for you. I believe it means the dealer has entered the build in the Porsche internal system. It does not mean you are getting a car. It does mean, likely, they are checking true demand. Like. C.

I put my name on allocation list on 2/15/21. $1k deposit was required. I received my allocation for my 2022 Cayman GTS 4.0 on 4/1/21. Original lock date for my spec was 5/28, but got pushed to 6/14.
