I just installed TWiLight Menu++ and when I selected the rom Pokemon HeartGold (NDS) (USA), I got the message "Your SD card is not formatted using 32 KB clusters. This causes some games to load very slowly. It's recommended to reformat your SD card using 32KB clusters." Should I really re-format the card?
You can hide folders/apps by pressing X on it, then Y. This uses the same hiding functionality as Windows, etc. You can also sort them manually, by going to TWLM++ settings and setting Sort Method to Custom. Then, you can move apps by pressing Up, like you can on the original DSi menu.

In my experience it works almost flawlessly with the games I've tested. As for heartgold it may just be how the game runs.
