Hello everyone, after many many years I am getting back into Neopets and I fulfilled one of my childhood dreams of finishing the Secret Lab Map. Subjected my new boy kaurunagisa_ to it, and the first zap increased his hp and the second zap made him green.What is the best/most cost effective way to obtain the secret laboratory map?
