The goal at higher levels would be to have the option to either change into an animal or just use wild morph to get claws and/or wings. I'm pretty sure this doesn't interact with Wild Shape at all. There is no generic Wand of Hybrid Form item. Each Wand will contain one specific polymorph spell. All polymorph spells list a variety of options you can choose from, and that's all the Wand lets you combine, two options from those listed in the polymorph spell contained in the wand.You can't cast spells, however.
