Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and you can see your network. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and make sure Wi-Fi is turned on. Tap the name of your Wi-Fi network to join. A blue tick beside a network name means that you're connected. If you see Auto-Join disabled under Settings > Wi-Fi > [Your Network], tap the More Info button and then tap Auto-Join.
Disable and Then Enable Wireless Connection. Go to Start and then Settings. Now go to Network & Internet. Select Wi-Fi and then Change Adapter Settings. lol, exactly. And also, Pitboss refuses to take any responsibility for the SmokeIT app or the wifi/bluetooth parts of the controller. They divert you off to a 3rd party called "app assist" to troubleshoot anything technical like that and then app assist had to request my replacement board from PitBoss after a whole troubleshooting script.Tested connecting to my phone on 2.4GHz from outside further than the smoker, so I know it's not a distance thing.
