If you want, you can use serp at zulrah so you don't need antivenoms but you're sacrificing dmg and accuracy. Same goes for justicar helmet in inferno for example. 7. Raids is 6m an hour compared to Zulrah 2.2m an hour, & raids doesn't shit out alchables left right & centre. 2.2m an hour for a boss isn't alot especially for the requirements Vorkath has to efficiently kill (Max stats/gear, Fremmy Elites).
