May 1, 2021 Ken Conners. Around 8 PM Friday evening, a 21-year-old male was riding a four-wheeler on a trail at Busco Beach in Wayne County. The vehicle was being driven on an uneven trail which caused the ATV to pitch upwards onto the rear wheels.
