Followed TM9-2815-210-34-1 and followed troubleshooting guide. It leads me to putting in a new fuel injection pump...The axle socket is a 3" 8 sided 3/4" drive socket that's around $35-50. The axle seals need to be changed out every few thousand miles and the lube points require regular attention. To change to oil requires buying a 5 gal bucket of oil.
