Fighting ultra greatswords with greatswords is tough. You MAY be able to outspace a horizontal swinging (astoras, zwei, etc) ugs 2hr1 with a claymore 2hr2, but other than that, spacing is probably out of the question. Other than that, you will mostly be going for roll catches or roll backstabs.
