I have absolutely no knowledge of ElvUI or TukUI, but the name of the thing you are probably looking for is "Indicators" within the unit/raid frame settings. Within there is probably something which will let you know "indicate" by way of a symbol or some such whether someone is tank, healer, melee or ranged.

I fail to see why Clique is "bad" because it's too simple, especially when you are literally asking for a way to quickly set up mouseover healing keybinds. Open spellbook, hit Clique tab icon, hover over healing spell, press keybind you want to use. Done. Now you can mouse over a unit frame for your party/raid member, hit the keybind and heal them.
