Even 2* bffr fixers or ones with +agility/+perception are tough to come by (people offering ~500-600K in trade values getting turned down), but you'd more likely have a better chance at one like that than a LVC or even a crit fill one. But the handmade have better handling and more damage with its weapon upgrades. So if you want to aimbot all the time, then the fixer is for you.

The fixer has flat extra damage over the base assault rifle. It has a stealth bonus for you, and a sneak speed bonus. With the ability to put a suppressor and a good mag it is the best option for a stealth based commando (full-auto) build.
