Called back and a new tech told me that in heat mode it just collects more water. He told me to hook up the drain hose and let it drain constantly. I asked where I’m supposed to drain it. No real answer. So my solution is to get a stand for the whole unit, cut a hole in my window vent panel and let it drain out the window. Good luck.
