As others said, different build weapons despite both causing bleed build up. I’ve run both. Moonveil is more powerful. Pole blade is more fun. Yes you should switch. Try every cool new weapon that catches your eye. If it’s not more fun, switch back.I am wondering to either use Vyke's Spear for a madness build or Eleonora's Poleblade because both of them look fun. I am leaning more towards the poleblade because of bleed procs being super good in PvP and PvE but I wonder how good it is against the average player in the 100+ bracket and how good it is in PvE compared to other blood builds. Rivers of blood will hit harder, but eleonora's procs multihit talismans and bleed faster because it double hits per r1.. running r2 is real good also btw. Maybe level up a little bit first but see what it scales with best and focus on that. Uh 12 str 16 dex with Milicents Prosthesis 80 arcane 60 vigor 24 end 10 mind.
First visit here and there is no Sacred Tear, or Human Bone Shards for that matter. Eleonora invaded and she dropped Physick Tear and Poleblade. Came back a bit later and a Mohg blood pool dude spawned, dropped nothing. Came back again and no more invasions or npc spawns yet still no Crystal Tear.

Haven't tried the weapon skill in PVP, I imagine it would get you killed by anybody that knows how to avoid it, but in PVE is does great poise damage and good damage + bleed. I dual wield it with a Blood Godskin Peeler (111 bleed). With Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and Lord of Blood's Exultation it seems to do pretty well. Not a PVP weapon.
