Jeep wrangler overheating while driving.

My Jeep is overheating, I changed out the Radiator, thermostat, temp sensor, water pump, flush coolant and added new Mopar coolant purged system 3 times, I NEED HELP SOS 🆘. Like.2012 JKU Overheats Uphill. I usually get overly wordy with my questions so I will try to keep it short. If anymore information is needed, I will do my best to provide it. My Jeep seems to maintain temperature just fine throughout most driving conditions. Doesn't overheat in 100+ temperatures or anything, and usually stays between 195-205 ...While it's still idling high, the temperature would stabilize again back to 1/2. This would repeat every few minutes. It is not limited to idling. Happens while driving as well, but not as noticeable due to external noises and such. Also, when I started my Jeep, I would hear a water trickling sound in my dash. A lot of us (including myself) don't really like seeing the numbers so high, but there's no choice but to accept that the engineers designed the engine to operate at this temperature range.This will also cause the engine to run hotter and will affect the temperature level of the Jeep’s heating system. However, even if there is no coolant smell, but an issue with the heater, it is a good idea to check these hoses for heat. RHD 2013 wrangler after 1 1/2 hours radiator fan runs super loud and doesn't shut off until engine is turned off, on mail route. Any ideas. Usually if the rad is low and the temp sensor senses the engine is getting to hot it will switch the fan into a higher speed to try and cool things. Sounds like a plane taking off.
