a) I think TL's ability against heavies and grapplers cannot be overstated. That said, out of the heavies in Smash 4 Charizard has by far the easiest time against TL, mostly because the latter is so vulnerable to juggling. b) I think the Toon Link-Bayo matchup is even, but the Toon Link-Cloud matchup is exactly as bad as everyone says it is.

Well, this is just one person's opinion. Thats kind of the interesting aspect of tier lists and matchup charts. Other pros might disagree for various reasons. And its not as if Steve is only good because he has no losing matchups. I personally think Falco vs Steve is pretty even, but Im just some pleb on reddit lolI will keep the Goblin Toon Link and Hungrybox Steve for now, due to a lack of notable MU charts for those characters (they'd only have one each without them, and the other Steve one is Dabuz anyway).
