That's the pop up that means you tried it too soon. The good pop up begins with "our records indicate." So, unfortunately, if you tried it again later and it accepted your money, that likely means you didn't pass. I'm fairly sure if you passed, it wouldn't let you purchase even if you put in the correct CC info. From what I've heard, if you get the good pop up, it is always accurate. I had trouble believing it too. I did it 4 hours after my exam got the good pop up, felt relieved and then had anxiety on and off for 38 hours thinking “what if the trick is not accurate or what if I’m the 1% or 0.1% that it isn’t accurate for ?” But it was accurate for me.

Pearson, NBCSN, and your BON are different entities. The best way to check if you passed sooner is to check you license number at your BON website. I took mine today as well. Got 127 questions and got the good pop up saying I was already registered for a test. My friend took it last week and got 133 questions.
