But when I crack the injectors nothing. There is a 5/16 bolt on the outward side of the injector pump. If I loosen this bolt, it will run normally but shoots fuel out the hole.

The 4010 and VERY early (IIRC, pre-'65) 4020 tractors DO have a 3rd reverse. The later early models and on only have 2 reverse gears that are sped up. The the early ones, 1st reverse is the same speed as 3rd forward, 2nd reverse is like 5th and 3rd reverse is like 7th. So, 3rd reverse is 12mph. Great for plowing snow. :rock.#1. If the sump screen was "completely plugged" you need to pull the final drives, repair the brakes and clean the rear end housing out and THEN start to sort out your hydraulic problems. Powershift still has a dry clutch at the flywheel, a "torque limiter", and in the earlier serial numbers it can be disengaged with a separate little lever to make cold weather starting easier.
