I would like to replace the thumbhole stock and other furniture with an AK stock set - either in polymer or wood. Just FYI, Desert Fox also makes an adapter for straight cut MAK90 receivers too. I was just putting it out there. I understand, just trying to politely steer thread back on track. Stamped straight cut means any stock / handguards will fit, but with some fitting due to the thicker steel in the receiver.

The MaK-90 by Norinco features a wood hand grip as well as a wood butt stock with a thumb hole in the buttstock. I stumbled across this gun a year or two ago and got a good price on it, around $400, used. Well worth that amount and even more now with the looming gun legislation on the horizon.
