Actiontiles weather not working.

Jul 23, 2023 · Below is a link to the solution I created to replace the Weather Tile for my Action Tiles Panels. I have been using it for 6+ months on my panels. Besides the current weather conditions, it can also display upcoming forecast by clicking on it. It currently refreshes itself automatically every 15 minutes. We are working with SmartThings engineers to diagnose and fix this issue. If your Tiles do not display accurate device states, you may need to reinitialize your Location. There are several ways do this: Open the SmartThings mobile app, select Automations, scroll down to SmartApps. Toggle ActionTiles app OFF and then back ON. The image on blue iris itself does not freeze. only the image viewed within actiontiles. It unfortunately has proven to not work very well as a triple baby monitor. There are 5 cameras in total on the panel, I tried dumbing it down to a single camera (picked one of my babies!) and it still did the same thing. Replies 33. Recently, I started having the problem every day of the tablet not being logged into ActionTiles and just 'parked' at the start URL (ActionTiles). This is seen in the morning after the tablet goes into power save mode after the time I have setup. Before, this would work as expect, turning back on at the set time (6AM) with the screensaver.

You just add a Virtual Device, Weather, then paste an API key and check your location. It is fairly basic but it works good. Choose preset weather to clear skies. (DO NOT choose live weather at this point) If it isn’t clear skies go back to main menu and try again. If it is clear skies you can now set live weather by clicking on the drop down menu bar from within the cockpit. Terry (ActionTiles) (Co-Founder) 7 years ago. Now that ActionTiles offers Individual Routine Tiles (as of v6.2.2 released Mar 9th), that's one more way to provide this function. I'm not sure that a Routine can "toggle" a group of lights, but you can create one Routine for "on" and one for "off" and add these two Routine Tiles to your Panel (s).
