She had a great rapport with hoarders and brought out the lighter side of their personalities.My 2 favorites were doctor Melva Green and Dr. Scott Hannan. Dr. Hannan wasn’t on many episodes but he was just very calm and effective. Dr. Green had the best set of qualities: kind but firm; empathetic but realistic, patient but productive.
