He used a limo club car and put a built sportster motor in the bag well. I think he used two jackshafts before it gets to the axle. The only problem he has is cooling it he says.

I found a salvaged (no tittle) 07 touring with low miles and at a reasonable price. First. You HAVE to swap the stator assembly. The road kind uses a high output stator which is a lot wider. Also the harness is different. The old Softails required the trans to go in separate. No idea what it takes on the new ones. With that said, it would take some stout men to pull the whole powertrain from a newer FL and not mar anything. Just pulling the engine out alone is more than light work.
