Using WiFi, all LEDs flashing red. Enphase was not able to get in. System went out around 1:30pm on the 29th. I noticed the next day. When I got home after work around 3 I did the steps with enphase. At 5:30 it started working again. At 8pm I got the notification the system hasn't reported since August 29th at 1:38. So appears to be up now.

Possibly solved for us. Our first experience with this was day 2 of owning it. It's on a flat hard surface, so not a carpet issue. We couldn't get it to cycle, so unplugged and reconnected it- same result.

Just setup the LR4 - added litter and plugged in. During its first cycle it got stuck and won’t return to the home position. The lights are flashing 3 red and 2 yellow. I emptied out all of the litter thinking I added too much and tried to reset it but it’s doing the same thing still.
