Using the FRONT PASSENGER DOOR window switch, roll the passenger window down completely, hold it for 5 seconds, then roll it all the way back up, hold again for 5 seconds then release. There's a window reset procedure that might fix this - maybe caused by the battery disconnect. I believe it's in the owner's manual, but I have a bookmark with the procedure.
