I've been doing regular USPS shipments in Houston for the last 15 years. Typically I ship about 3-6 packages a week. Things have been noticeably worse this year with them. It's not unusual to see packages take up to 2 weeks between Houston and Dallas, and much of the hold up (according to tracking) seems to be with the North Houston USPS facility.
