The 365/Romeo 0 is a different matter; there is a shallow sight notch behind the optic, and the standard X-ray night sight up front. The two can be lined up, after a fashion, thru' the optic window. The correct front sight for 9mm on the p320 (and p365) is #8 front/#8 rear, and not #6 front. Just like Glock sometimes ships with a "second choice" size of sight because the "optimal" size is depleted at the factory, Sig ships pistols with either 6 OR 8 because they need to get the pistols out to dealers.

There's an entire thread on here somewhere about Speed Sights. Just do a quick search. Do you have the P365 or the P36XL? If the latter, you can't change the rear sights as they're integral to the removable sight plate. You can only change the front sight on the XL.
