Pricing Question. I recently went in for a consultation at a Bay Area, CA Sonobello for chin lipo. The quote was about $7K total which included a $3K "surgical fee" . I didn't question it at the time, but after several consultations at other providers, I'm realizing that most don't charge a surgical fee for non hospital procedures.
