I managed to get all of them to join my group but a horde of zombies had encircled us. The mod author has put a lot of work into the survivors code and it shows. You will have to click on the survivors and tell them what work they have to do. To collect wood, farming, base area, stack corpses, and few other jobs you need to designate an area for that. The superb survivor mod has a lot of bugs. Survivors usually die of hunger and thirst, so turn them off in the setting.
