I scored a 496 on my first attempt without using anki and then a 511 on my second attempt and I used MileDowns anki deck and his kaplan review sheets. Take that with a grain of salt since his deck wasn't the only factor. Depending on the section and my mindset/motivation anywhere from 1-3 hours per day on anki to get through the 200 cards. Generally would break it up into 30 minute blocks throughout the day while using other resources for the same area of focus.
