3 reviews and 27 photos of ROUTE 66 REST AREA "This rest stop I eastbound exit 129. Covered tables, playground, nice indoor area with bathrooms. We had a nice lunch here on our drive from NM to OK. Cons- lots of noise from 40 and windy, and the tables had a lot of bird poop. We had a table cloth otherwise not sure we would have wantes to use the table.

However, it is probably closed as it is on the Navajo Reservation, and they have closed down most of the reservation due to the virus.
