After doing AAMC material UWORLD definitely has more of a content focus but it is still a useful tool as they do have some great experimental passage analysis questions. If you have to choose between UWorld and the AAMC QPs then you should absolutely do UWorld (except for with CARS). AAMC = gold standard. Do these, but anyone on this site will vouch for UWorld's excellent explanations. Their passages are also quite difficult, which makes for good practice.
