The company will hire you, then will fail to completely train you, then they expect you to do the work of several people who already quit as a result of the stresses of this work environment. Even the managers leave because of the ... I started at LifeStance as a part-time psychologist almost one year ago while keeping my agency job (with benefits) for the rest of my work. I have found most aspects of working at LifeStance to be satisfactory or better. I enjoy working with my patients, get new intake slots filled quickly, and support staff respond to my questions/concerns ... I have really enjoyed working at LifeStance Health for the past 4-years and I love the support I get from both a local and national level. I have the support and trust from my team in Florida to succeed at my position and ultimately meet the needs of our patients. LifeStance has great flexibility and culture.
