Anything that isn't crafted in the single player version of the game pretty much exists in the multiplayer. Yes, there are unique staves in MP, but 99% of the staves you'll pick up are crap. Additionally, many of the unique staves are low level, so pretty much crap as well - BUT you might want to hold onto a Deathward, despite it being low level.
